Facing long, demanding days in the kitchen, Louis sought a nutritional aid to support his energy and well-being. Earlier this year, following a motorcycle accident and the joyous arrival of his child, he was inspired to share his personal creation with the cheffing community and beyond. This led to the development of LEVEL UP—a hot chocolate infused with mushrooms and adaptogens, initially crafted for himself from years of experimentation with superfood powders to help navigate the rigors of his profession.
